Taiji and Qigong Seminar in Hungary

Shi Xing Hong is holding a seminar in Hungary from June 19. to June 26., 2005. The seminar will consist of Taiji, Qigong and some meditation.
It is free for everybody to join in.
The cost is 400€ (EURO) per week, which includes housing, food and training.
The seminar will take place in Dobogókő, a peaceful settlement in the woods not far from Budapest.
A rough outline of the schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 6:30 Light Qigong and Taiji
- 8:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 2 hours of training
- 12:00 Lunch
- 15:30 2 hours of training
- 18:00 Dinner
- 20:00 Meditation or lecture
- Saturday
- 6:30 Light Qigong and Taiji
- 8:00 Breakfast
- 9:30 2 hours of training
- 12:00 Lunch
- 18:00 Dinner
- Sunday
What you need to do
- Contact me as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to
- Obtain your air tickets, to arrive in Budapest Hungary. Get the appropriate visas relative to your country's requirements. Also obtain good travel insurance, in case you get injured.
- Bring Euro for payment, and whatever work out clothing, etc, that you think you might need.
